Are the communication requirements different when activating and uploading?
At first, I couldn’t authenticate the license in the internal environment and couldn’t upload it, but when I allowed “cloud.shapespark.com” access to the firewall, I was able to log in.
I want to know the URLs, ports and protocols that I need to allow when uploading.
Need to allow the firewall as soon as possible.
It would be helpful if you could get in touch with us early.
