Hi! I am trying to upload a gallery scene template that is attached on the shapespark website: How to create an online 3D gallery. | by Shapespark | Medium
but I can’t get the scene to show up in the application. I already extracted the template in my shapespark folder and when trying to upload it within the shapespark application, the file doesn’t match any .fbx/ .dae/ .obj files… Can somebody help me?
Hi, the template doesn’t need to be imported, if you extract it into Documents\Shapespark\gallery-template\ folder and refresh or restart Shapespark main window, the template should become visible in the scene list. Let us know if this is not the case.
