Do you think about the development of two-sided materials? Would be interesting for plant materials.
Did you try the Double sided setting (https://help.shapespark.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009286378-Materials) ? It has limitations, but works pretty well for many kinds of plants.
Hi Jan. Usually the backside of the material just turns black. So I don’t really use it. Maybe I am doing something wrong?
For double sided materials the lightmap is still baked only for the front side. So if you make a wall double-sided, it can turn black if the front side of the wall does not receive any light. But leaves usually do not have such problems. Please post a link if you encounter a problematic plant and we will investigate why it turns black.
