VR work on phone but not on desktop

it was workking before cause i tried it but lately a customer say me it wasnt working with metaquest 2

so i tried and i notice all vr headset on phone ok and all vr headset on computer arent working. is it normal ?

We have no issues running VR on Quest2.
Can you share an example scene that is not working, and provide more detail?

Are you using Quest2 with AirLink / CableLink with PC?
