Which parameters on the graphics card will improve baking speed?

Hi,
All of those parameters will improve baking speed.
Different kind of GPU benchmarks are quite good in estimating GPU performance.
For example this one: PassMark Software - Video Card (GPU) Benchmarks - High End Video Cards
Basically if a GPU has 2x greater score then you can expect that baking will be roughly about 2x faster.

It really mostly depends on your budget. But if you want the get the most of your money, take a look at this graph: PassMark Videocard Value Chart - Performance / Price of Videocards
It shows which GPU gives the most value (performance / price). Typically GPUs in the mid-range of current series give the most value (for example RTX 4060, RTX 4070).
Just make sure to buy NVIDIA GPU, because currently we don’t support baking on AMD GPUs.
