Climbing the steps in a house model

Hi, we are working on a 3 floor house model. In desktop we can adjust the point of view height. But while using in mobile phone, it doesnt climb through the steps, stops in the middle. We cannot climb to through the steps. What is the solution for this?

Room names in top and orbit views

Edit June 2020: Since Shapespark 1.16.0, a more convenient way to add room names to top and orbit views is the Change view extension (instead of the Open URL extension described in this post). Could you post a link to this scene? In general stairs working should work on mobile devices, but if aspect ration make is difficult to see and click the top of the stairs when standing at the bottom, you may need to click multiple times to reach the top.

@Vladan, by the way, some time ago we added a Change view extension dedicated specifically to the purpose of changing the view with a trigger.
