To find out how to hide/show triggers please take a look at this post: Hide anchors button, except that the extension is now called “Hide triggers”, not “Hide anchors”.

Can I change the position of these menus to the right top?

If you know CSS you can do some customizations of the built-in buttons style, but placing them at the top above the views menu may be too large of a change to be doable.
