You can do this in Shapespark - theres a thread here for it:

Essentially you apply a texture to your TV in your modelling software , then when you go to Shapespark, click the materials tab, click the material that is inside the TV, unlink the base colour then you can find a file saved on your computer that you wish to be the video.
One little tip, if using Sketchup make sure the texture on the TV is exploded rather than just being part of an object.
