Round objects not rendering round

I have round objects getting “pixellated” after baking :

I tried 2 versions (in cinema 4D) :

And when I make a “Preview”, it’s perfect :

What can cause this?

If everyone’s having the same issue, scaling the model up (300%) did the trick for me.
